This will allow us to give you quicker feedback and make sure we have a valid email contact so that relevant information can be spread quickly to the teams. Please note that for your bid to be official a check must be in our hands.

Bid Deadline is April 5th

• All bids will have an official response within one week of submission (and receipt of payment). Please contact the tournament Director if you have not received a rely with in this time frame.

• You are welcome to e-mail all information in, but no spot will be reserved until we have check in-hand. Please also include Team Information with Check.

• Checks will be deposited upon receipt

• Non-refundable means if you cancel, and we cannot fill your spot, you lose your deposit.

• We will do everything in our power to fill all spots, and typically we have a waiting list.

• Team packets will be available from this site. An e-mail will be sent out to alert team contacts when packets are available.

Note, while we reserve the right to not refund a bid, in practice, if you have a valid reason for withdrawing from the tournament (we determine what is valid) you can expect the following refund amounts based on how close to the tourney you contact us:
