Location / Field Information

The tournament will be held at the Golden Spike Events Center fairgrounds in Ogden, Utah. Ogden is about 40 miles north of downtown Salt Lake City. The fields are lush, there are mountain views, and sometimes you can take a break and catch some rodeo or horse racing at the track area. There are pavilions, restrooms, water fountains, and showers on site.

You will be about 4,000 feet above sea level.

No dogs are allowed off-leash.

No driving a car up onto the grass anywhere. Theres buried irrigation pipes and the facilities people will yell at you (loudly) and ask us not to come back.

The fields are off of Exit 349 of I-15. Directions to the fields are here.

Food

There will be bagels, fruit, coffee, and other treats at Frisbee Central each morning.

Saturday dinner is included in your entry fee. Dinner will be at the fields Saturday immediately at the end of pool play.

Party

The party location will be announced as soon as final arrangements are completed.

Showers

There will be showers at the fields.

Policy for handling Teams which cannot play on Sunday

If a team cannot play on Sunday, for whatever reason, and we are informed of this before the end of Saturday play, the following rule will apply.

  1. Games played against that Team on Saturday will count as far as record / seeding / tiebreakers from pool play are concerned.

  2. The no-show team is not placed in the sunday bracket. Instead, the teams below them in the pool results each get moved up a slot.

For example, if the team finishing 2nd in the B-pool cannot play on Sunday, then the third place finisher in the B-pool would become B2, and the fourth place finisher would become B3, etc.
