Northeast corner of 2100 South. 1300 East.
(Take 2100 South East past 1300 East and then the first right into the part

There are two possible locations.

(1) the 'Sunken' soccer fieldin the center of the park. (This is the main choice)
(2) The South East fields near the interstate and 1500 East.

Fort Douglas

(aka Fort Douglas Parade Grounds)

East of the University of Utah (Approx 200 South 2000 East)
Take Foothill North toward the University of Utah Campus. Right on Wasatch Drive. Right on South Campus Drive. Take first or second left, one block to fields.

Fairmont Park

Some Game Information

Saturday Pickup

The Saturday Sugarhouse Park Game.  This games is probably the highest level 'pickup' game in the city. It usually is going around 10:00 in the summer, 11:00 in the winter.

 

 

The Fairmont Game

The Fairmont Game is a lunchtime game held during the workweek whenever the weather is tempting. Often a decision is made during the morning through an e-mail list to decide if they'll play that day. Attendance goes up and down dramatically so if you are interested, it's a good idea to get on their e-mail list. Games are coed and the skill level is intermediate. There are a lot of "more mature players" so the athleticism is mixed. The game takes its name from the park where it is almost always held.
